Ana overcomes rain, darkness and Radwanska

Ana overcame a rain delay, floodlight failure and world No.33 Ursula Radwanska to advance to the third round of the Sony Open Tennis. The former world No.1 triumphed 6-2, 6-1 on an eventful day in Miami.

Ana was scheduled fourth on Court 1 and had to wait until the evening to get onto court, as rain halted play mid-way through the match prior to Ana's on Court 1.

Then, after Ana had established a commanding lead, a floodlight failure caused a further delay. The second photo shows Ana walking off court in the darkness.

Undeterred, when she returned to the court Ana produced some of her best tennis in years to breeze into round three.

She will take on two-time Grand Slam champion Svetlana Kuznetsova on Sunday.
