Ana has been drawn to play Samantha Stosur in the first round of Roland Garros. It will be Ana's second successive Grand Slam match against the Australian.
It is an extremely difficult draw for Ana: she is scheduled to meet former champion Anastasia Myskina in the third round, while last year's winner and favourite Justine Henin-Hardenne is a possible fourth round opponent.
Ana played Stosur in her last Grand Slam match in January's Australian Open. The 22-year-old, who was a finalist on the clay of Prague a fortnight ago, beat her 6-3, 7-5.
If Ana overcomes Stosur, who is ranked 43 in the world, a second round tie with either Frenchwoman Emilie Loit or a qualifier awaits.
Ana is seeded No.19 and is in the opposite side of the draw to top seed Amelie Mauresmo, world No.4 Maria Sharapova and Wimbledon champion Venus Williams.
