I first played Stuttgart at the very start of my career but I've never done well there! But In 2007 - time flies so quickly - I played one of my best ever matches, against Patty Schnyder in the first round. Now the tournament is indoor clay and earlier in the season it feels a lot different but the field is always so strong.
